Jack Tone Rd., Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the <br /> leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or <br /> used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only and cannot contain Pny underground utility lines. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection , <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of <br /> development. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.3) <br /> 3. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil <br /> separator and discharged to an above ground system approved by the <br /> Yt Environmental Health Division. This system must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer. The material collected in the above ground holding <br /> system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. <br /> Specific test requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health <br /> Division.
