Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a.,,/� A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of final map or letter of approval indicating that <br /> the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> c. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division as follows: Discharge pipe from <br /> the irrigation well must be plumbed twice its diameter over <br /> the top of the standpipe to eliminate the existing cross <br /> connection or install an approved check valve. <br /> A Divisum of San Joaquin County Health Care Services C <br />
