Other Ordinance <br /> Requirements may also apply. <br /> 1. 11. 06 - A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 <br /> of the San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior <br /> to application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A fee will be charged for the review of this <br /> study. <br /> If the soil suitability study is favorable. <br /> 2 . 11. 05 - State on revised plans or improvement plans the <br /> maximum number of employees the sewage disposal system is <br /> being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground <br /> utility lines. <br /> 3 . 11. 03 - Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) <br /> under a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. <br /> 4 . 22 . 04 - Construct a water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Division prior to occupancy. Should <br /> the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least <br /> 60 days per year, or the number of service connections exceed <br /> four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under <br /> the provisions of Title 22 , CCR, will be required by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> 5. 22 . 06 - Install an approved backflow prevention device on the <br /> water supply system(s) . <br /> The proposed wash/water recycling area must be designed by a <br /> registered engineer and approved by the Regional Water Quality <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
