Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> b. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of <br /> employees the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach <br /> field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as <br /> a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose <br /> only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> d. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the <br /> provisions of Title 22, CCR, will be required by the Environmental Health <br /> Division and San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> e.
