Refer to the attached Nitrate Loading Study for a complete discussion
of recommendations for the project.
7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary, satisfactory percolation rates were not achieved in the proposed septic disposal areas of
the Parcel. The proposed Parcels appear suitable for a engineered septic system. We recommend a
Civil Engineer prepare a septic system design for the Site unless additional percolation testing on the
i Parcel indicates a satisfactory rate is achieved and approved by the EHD. Our office has be
contracted by the client to prepare an engineered septic system design for the Site. They will follow
this report shortly.
No ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. The depth to
ground water was found to be approximately 70-90 feet below the ground surface for the period of
Fall 1998 and Spring 1999.
L• 7.1 Signatures
The signatures of the environmental professionals involved in the preparation of this report can be
found at the front of this package.
i
p`
L
L
`r
L
L
9
