ANDERSON ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> AND ASSOC IATES INSPECTIONS a TESTING <br /> LABORATORY SERVICES <br /> V POOL ENGINEERING <br /> POST TENSION DESIGN <br /> March 25,2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05005A <br /> I <br /> PART I: SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER PA-04-519 <br /> 8372 SOUTH JACK TONE ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr.Jim Clare of Pacific Southwest Irrigation Corporation to conduct a <br /> soil suitability study for the property at 8372 South Jack Tone Road,Stockton, California. <br /> LThe soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> L conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County,Public Health Services,Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> LIn addition to conducting the percolation tests,a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitabi fty Study Requirements ChecUsy dated July 14,2003. <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> LThe Site consists of one parcel,Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 183-080-05.The parce is 10.51 j).9 <br /> acres in size. The county application number for this project is PA-04-519. The site is urrently <br /> vacantland. <br /> The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is <br /> approximately 50-60 feet above mean sea level.
