USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. PA-1100024 OF SUTTER HOME <br /> WINERY(C/O ERIC JENSEN) for the expansion of an existing, 111,000 <br /> square foot winery in two phases. Phase 1 includes a 300,000 square foot <br /> bottling building, a 38,750 square foot press building, a 16,000 square foot <br /> bottling tanks building, a 600,000 square foot warehouse, two <br /> administration buildings that total 8,000 square feet,two tank areas that <br /> total 253,525 square feet, and a 104, 092 square foot parking lot. Phase 2 <br /> is the construction of 300,000 square foot bottling building, a 600,000 <br /> square foot warehouse, and two tank areas that total 683,800 square feet. <br /> The project will not have a tasting room or marketing events and will not be <br /> open to the public. The project location is located on the west side of Jacob <br /> Road, 2200 feet north of Turner Road, west of Lodi (Supervisorial District <br /> 4). <br /> Environmental Determination: An Initial Study has been prepared <br /> indicating the project will not have a significant impact on the environment, <br /> and a Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared forthe project. <br /> PC AGENDA - 1 - PC: 6-7-12 <br />
