Phase 1 includes a <br /> 300,000 square foot bottling building, a 38,750 square foot press building, a 16,000 square foot bottling <br /> tanks building, a 600,000 square foot warehouse, two administration buildings that total 8,000 square feet, <br /> and two tank areas that total 253,525 square feet. Phase 2 is the construction of 300,000 square foot bottling <br /> building, a 600,000 square foot warehouse, and two tank areas that total 683,800 square feet.
