Ted Wells - 2 - 15 June 2015 <br /> Sutter Home Winery, Inc. <br /> Sutter Home Winery—Westside Facility <br /> In addition to technical reports required by the WDRs, the WDRs include a Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (MRP), which specifies monitoring and reporting requirements for you to <br /> implement. Please review the MRP closely so that you may establish appropriate sampling <br /> schedules and reporting protocols. The required monitoring report submittal dates are in the <br /> table below. <br /> Required Monitoring Document Due Date <br /> Reports <br /> Monthly Monitoring Report 1St day of second month following the sampling <br /> (the January report is due by 1 March). <br /> 1st day of the second month following the <br /> Quarterly Monitoring Report quarter (i.e. the January-March report is due by <br /> May 1 st). <br /> Annual Monitoring Report 1 February of each year. <br /> Please be advised that the monitoring reports must be submitted on time and complete. <br /> Monitoring reports must include all of the items described in the Reporting Section of the <br /> MRP. The first monitoring report required under this Order is due on 1 July 2015, and <br /> is to cover the month of June 2015 monitoring. <br /> All monitoring and technical reports required by the Provisions of the WDRs and the <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program must be submitted by email to our Electronic Content <br /> Management (ECM) system. Monitoring reports must be accompanied by a completed <br /> Monitoring Report Transmittal Sheet (blank copy enclosed). To use the ECM system, <br /> convert each letter, report, etc. to a searchable Portable Document Format (PDF) file and <br /> email it to <br /> centralvalleysacramento(a)waterboards.ca.gov. <br /> To ensure that your submittal is routed to the appropriate staff person, please include the <br /> following information in the body of the email: Attention Brendan Kenny, Non15 <br /> Program Enforcement/Compliance Unit. In addition, please include the Discharger name. <br /> facility name, county, and CIWQS place ID in the body of the email (this information was <br /> provided to you in the Executive Officer's 26 September 2014 letter). <br /> To conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, a paper copy of the Order has been sent only to <br /> the Discharger. Interested parties are advised that the full text of this Order is available at: <br /> http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalleV/board decisions/adopted orders/. <br /> Anyone without access to the Internet who needs a paper copy of the Order can obtain one <br /> by contacting Central Valley Water Board staff. <br /> Now that the permit has been adopted, the Board's Compliance and Enforcement Section <br /> will take over management of your case. Brendan Kenny will continue to be the compliance <br /> officer for your site and your point of contact for any questions about the Order. <br />
