Description of the proposed Revisions: <br /> On June 7,2012,the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved the requested use permit and adopted the IS/MND(State <br /> Clearinghouse#2012042024)for the Sutter Home Winery Bottling Expansion Project(the Project). The date for completion of Phase <br /> 2 construction in the approved use permit is June 17,2022. Sutter Home is requesting an extension of the Phase 2 construction <br /> completion date of an additional 5 years,to accommodate continued construction activities to June 17,2027. <br /> The June 2012 IS/MND for the Sutter Home Winery Expansion Project evaluated the impacts of constructing several improvements <br /> related to expansion of the proposed winery production and bottling facilities.The Project has since undergone a minor modification, <br /> which is inclusion of an electrical Switching Station within the project boundary. The Switching Station will be constructed by PG&E <br /> and will service Sutter Home's existing(and proposed expanded)facility. An environmental analysis has been prepared, in the form of <br /> a draft Addendum to the IS/MND, which provides additional environmental analysis related to the proposed electrical Switching <br /> Station and related facilities,and demonstrates that these proposed facilities will not result in additional environmental impacts that <br /> were not contemplated in the June 2012 IS/MND for the Sutter Home Winery use permit application. Approval of the Addendum by <br /> the County would update and supplement the June 2012 IS/MND for the Sutter Home Winery Expansion Project. <br /> 2.
