Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning Department for approval <br /> by the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and well information as required by <br /> the improvement plan(including a 100% expansion area). <br /> State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees the sewage <br /> /y disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded sort . <br /> cannot be driven over,parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any underground utility lines. (San <br /> Ih- Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County j <br /> Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy.
