Although the WDRs allow <br /> wastewater discharge to land, the discharge is a privilege not a right and may be revoked at any <br /> time. A copy of the Order must be-maintained at the facility and must be accessible to anyone <br /> operating the waste treatment system. <br /> Please review your WDRs carefully to ensure you understand all aspects of the discharge <br /> requirements. Please note that the Provisions section of the WDRs require submittal of certain <br /> technical reports by the dates provided in the Order.
