RECEIVE® <br /> MAY 0 7 2014 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES TR Ir,4 C M 1E R <br /> May 5,2014 <br /> Mr.Rodney Estrada <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 E.Hazelton Ave. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Re: Temporary Sewer Connection <br /> Permit#SR0069357 <br /> Sutter Home Winery, Lodi Facility <br /> Dear Rodney: <br /> As we discussed, Sutter Home Winery is experiencing delays in obtaining various components of the equipment for the <br /> Sanitary Sewer Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for the BottlingfWarehouse project currently under <br /> construction. These delays will impact our planned occupancy of two of the minor buildings that are a part of the <br /> overall Bottling(Warehouse project. <br /> We wish to occupy the Laboratory and Production Office Buildings on July 01, 2014 by moving some of our existing <br /> employees(20 at this time)from another building on site to these buildings in order to be in their new work spaces prior <br /> to the start of harvest. Otherwise,they would not be able to move until crush is over in October/November. We would <br /> expect that the proposed Sanitary Sewer Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System will be complete and operational <br /> no later than 60 days from this move in date.
