This letter is to address <br /> and identify to your company what is required for Nitrate Loading Study <br /> fulfillment requirements for San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division. <br /> �". 1. San Joaquin County Development Title, Chapter 9-1105.2 requires the below <br /> ! items be addressed. <br /> { A. The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development <br /> project's use of septic tanks within and around the area, <br /> B. The suitability of the soil for utilizing septic systems, including percolation <br /> rates and soil profiles, <br /> C. The depth and gradient of the water table, <br /> D. The history of past uses in the project area to assess potential problems; <br /> E. Other information as required by the Environmental Health Division to <br /> determine the cumulative effect of the existing and the proposed <br /> development project on groundwater contamination; <br /> r 2.
