V
Annual Domestic Wastewater System Groundwater Monitoring Report
^ Sutter Home Winery,Lodi,CA
! June 21,2004
ii Page 2
and temperature of the water stabilized. The groundwater purged from the wells was discharged to the
ground surface. Groundwater Monitoring Field Forms completed for the work are'attached.
The groundwater samples were collected by filling laboratory supplied containers with groundwater
directly from the disposable bailers. The sample containers were labeled, placed in a cooler chilled with
ice, and delivered in accordance with chain-of-custody procedures to GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc., in
Modesto, California, within 24 hours of sample collection.
GROUNDWATER ELEVATIONS
As specified in the MRP, groundwater level measurements were collected from-all ten monitor wells at
the site. Groundwater elevation data is presented in Table 1, below. The water level measurements
collected from the ten wells on May 12, 2004, indicate a groundwater gradient to the west. Groundwater
Monitoring Field Forms containing field measurements are attached.
Table 1 -Groundwater Elevation Data(May 12, 2004)
a
Monitor Well Well Collar Ground Surface Depth to Groundwater
Elevation Elevation Water Elevation
GW-1 13.80 11.0 9.49 4.31
GW-2 10.27 7.3 6.81 3.46
F" GW-3 11.14 8.2 7.98 3.16
GW-4 9.85 6.9 8.00 1.85
t ' GW-5 8.98 6.0 7.50 1.48
a
GW-6 7.99 5.1 6.50 1.49
+` GW-7 8.62 5.7 6.52 2.10
DWS-1 7.76 6.4 4.66 3.10 I
DWS-2 7.97 6.6 5.10 2.87
DWS-3 7.31 6.4 1 4.90 1 2.41 F
+ Measurements are in feet.
Well collar elevation referenced relative to Condor Control Point l.
F.'
LABORATORY ANALYTICAL RESULTS
The groundwater samples collected from the domestic wastewater system monitor wells were analyzed
for nitrate as nitrogen (N), total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), total dissolved solids (TDS), and specific !
conductivity (EC) by GeoAnalytical Laboratories, Inc. of Modesto, California. Laboratory certificates of
analysis and chain-of-custody records are included in Attachment C. The laboratory analytical results and
field parameters are summarized in Table 2, on the next page.
F
fi
F
E
`a CONDOR
