Parcel I and Parcel 3 are suitable for development with an engineered <br /> septic system to mitigate the slow percolation rates and hard pan soils. Should a satisfactory <br /> percolation test be made on Parcel 1 or 3 in an area to be used for a septic system disposal field, <br /> the requirement for an engineered septic system should be removed. <br /> We recommend the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards are followed for the layout and <br /> construction of the non-engineered septic systems. <br /> 8.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and <br /> proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at <br /> the time we excavated our test holes and perfonned the percolation tests.
