■- 1.4.W
December 16,2003
Job Number: LG03-304
Page 12
The soils on Parcel 2 were found to be suitable for a standard septic system with leach lines and
seepage pits for the Site. Parcel I and Parcel 3 are suitable for development with an engineered
septic system to mitigate the slow percolation rates and hard pan soils. Should a satisfactory
percolation test be made on Parcel 1 or 3 in an area to be used for a septic system disposal field,
the requirement for an engineered septic system should be removed.
We recommend the San Joaquin County Sewage Standards are followed for the layout and
construction of the non-engineered septic systems.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at
the time we excavated our test holes and perfonned the percolation tests. It was assumed that the
test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the
general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed
in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of
professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
Best Regards,
GFO` NEIL O.
