Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel/Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to prior to recordation of Parcel/Final Map. Samples are to be �S/off men and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). Applicant shall submit a revised site plan, demonstrating the minimum required distance setback of 10 (ten) feet from the Agricultural well on Parcel #2 from the proposed easement and/or property line (San Joaquin County Well Standards, Section 3:1). Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). 0 MR cf
