Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> recordation of Parcel/Final Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to prior to recordation of Parcel/Final Map. Samples are to be <br /> �S/off men and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.7). <br /> Applicant shall submit a revised site plan, demonstrating the minimum required distance <br /> setback of 10 (ten) feet from the Agricultural well on Parcel #2 from the proposed easement <br /> and/or property line (San Joaquin County Well Standards, Section 3:1). <br /> (i D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> 0 <br /> MR cf <br />
