The engineer-designed septic plans are on file with the <br /> EHD. <br /> The following lots demonstrated passing percolation rates and standard septic systems shall be designed and <br /> installed per San Joaquin County Sewage and Well Standards for the following: Lot#1,Lot#2,and Lot#4. <br /> The installation of the septic systems must be under an application permit,inspection and approved by this <br /> Department. The permit fee is$450.00-$600.00 and is due at time of application. Systems must consist of a septic <br /> tank; leach field,and seepage pits sized at the time of construction according to the San Joaquin County Sewage <br /> Standards. Based on the percolation test, sewage pits shall be required on the individual parcels at the time of <br /> development. <br /> The installation of water wells and pump must be under permit,inspection,and approved by this Department. The <br /> water well permit fee is$350.00,and the pump permit fee is$50.00,due at time of application.
