The elevation of the Site, <br /> according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is about 95 to 100 feet above <br /> Lmean sea level. The land grades gently up towards the northeast. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, <br /> General Agriculture. This zone is established to,"preserve agricultural lands for the continuation <br /> Lof commercial agriculture enterprises."
