The elevation of the Site, according to a United States Geological Survey topographic map,is about 95 to 100 feet above Lmean sea level. The land grades gently up towards the northeast. According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the Site is zoned AG-40, General Agriculture. This zone is established to,"preserve agricultural lands for the continuation Lof commercial agriculture enterprises."
