The Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report Questionnaire <br /> The Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report(SSSCR) satisfies San Joaquin County requirements for <br /> 6 parcel division and lot line adjustments and is intended to identify any sources of contamination on the <br /> property from on- or off-site causes. <br /> L. San Joaquin County requires that the current(and former,in some cases) owners of the property be <br /> interviewed regarding any environmental knowledge of the property they may possess. The attached two- <br /> part questionnaire is designed to supplement the interview requirement of the SSSCR. <br /> 60 Part 1 includes questions which relate specifically to the user's responsibilities,and to additional information <br /> sources which will be useful to us in completing our investigation most efficiently. Please complete this <br /> portion of the questionnaire at your earliest convenience and return it to us promptly. <br /> Part 2 includes questions to be asked of the current property owner and/or occupants. Please forward a <br /> copy of this portion of the questionnaire to the current owner and request that they complete and return it as <br /> L soon as possible.
