On January 27, 2006, two of the three deep test holes were found to be intact and the four
hour tests were performed. (See test results in appendix.)
On February 1, 2006, the third deep test hole that was not intact at the time of the initial testing
was re -drilled and prepared to San Joaquin County Standards. The four hour test was performed
February 2, 2006.
6.5 The Test Conformed to San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02 (Correct Depth,
diameter, 2" gravel, 6" Water Refill, Correct Readings Recorded): The percolation tests
conformed to San Joaquin County Policy EHD 02-02.
6.6 Complete Percolation Test Form (Including Readings) Was Provided With REHS
Verification Signature. Due to this
classification and percolation rates, a standard septic system similar to those found on
surrounding parcels would be recommended on all three parcels.
6.8 Discussion of Percolation Rates in Relation to the Type, Size and Location of future
leach fields at the site: Based on the results of the percolation rates and the soils profile, it is
Dillon & Murphy's opinion that the subject proposed Parcels 1, 2, and 3 are suited for a typical
on-site sewage disposal systems. Ditto Mu rphydoes suggest, however, that Parcel 1 be
ev ted furtherbased on the slow shallow rate and t7tefgi[ed deep rate. dditional
' testrn necessary for Parcel 1 at the time of development.
