The proposed hours of operation are Monday <br /> through Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The number of employees at the winery is expected to be six <br /> full-time and four seasonal in 2006 to forty full-time and twenty seasonal at build out in 2025. The <br /> anticipated volume of processing is 3,750 tons with 3.3 truck loads per day in 2006 to 40,000 tons with 35 <br /> truck loads per day in 2025.
