Tank capacity of 15.7 million gallons to be built in three phases. Nine buildings totalling 118,283 square feet to be built in 7 phases. Phase 3: 28,893 square feet warehouse, and outside tank farm. Phase 4: 11,523 square foot bottling building. Phase 5:.5,Q m. Phase 6: 5,000 square foot office. Phase 7: 20,250 square foot warehouse_ The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum) and the General Plan Designation is OS/RC, AIG (Open Space Resource Conservation). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the northwest corner of Jahant Road, and Lower Sacramento Road, north of Lodi(APNIAddress: 1525 E. Jahant Road, Acampo) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any-recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than August 3, 2005. Comments or recommendations received after that date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
