Anderson&Associates; Inc. during the
drilling of two percolation test holes to a depth of 25 feet on.August 1y 2005.
4.2 Potential Ground Water.Contamination Issues.
Identifying potential ground-water contamination sources was notpart the scope of work for the
soil suitability study. Potential ground-water contaminatiortcan'occut from a number of sources
which often include leaky underground-storage tanks, agricultural activities,.dairies, septic systems,
and storm water infiltration..Agricultural activities and the use of septic systems in the area should
be considered potential ground-water contamination sources.
Y 4:3 ' Water Sample Location -
7  ="/!. cam.:."-,_ c--,. f4✓.
One well exists on the site. One well permit was found during file-review.at EHD on July 29, 2005
for the address 1298 Jahant Road,Acampo, California. The well is an irrigation.agricultural well. The
depth of groundwater is 49 feet according to die permit which is dated Mar_cl 27, 2005.. A water
sample was taken.from the well head of the agricultural well by Ms..
