f
t
August 5, 2005
NOA Project Number: E05098A
/4.0 DISCUSSION OF NITRATE LOADING RESULTS
V
4.1 Total Nitrate Impact
Based on the method and assumptions described, the result of the nitrate loading balance indicates
that the proposed development is not likely to cause a build up of nitrate in the ground water above
10 mg/L-N over the long term. This result is due to the large lot size and relative low waste water
flow estimated.
4.2 Methods of Mitigation
No mitigation measures are required.
5.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Our office concludes that the Site is suitable for development with the use of a standard septic
system. Septic system construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site llastewaterDisposal
f Standards where applicable.
5.1 Signatures
The signatures of the environmental professionals involved in the preparation of this report can be
/ found on the cover sheet at the front of this package.
5.2 Attachments
All required attachments and appendices can be found at the rear of this package.
v 6:0 LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
