Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> recordation of final map indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation test is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on remainder <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> d.
