Jahant Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requ.rements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. s1J <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). Each parcel will require a <br /> percolation test. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or <br /> percolation tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision <br /> improvement plans. <br /> d. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> Note: The existing irrigation well can not be used for a domestic water supply. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin('ounq Health Cue 5e ,es 0 <br />
