Siegfried & Associates' soil suitability study dated November 21, 1991 and have <br /> found it acceptable for all lots. <br /> The installation of the septic system must be under an application permit, inspection, and <br /> approved by this Department. The permit fee is $114.00. The installation of water wells and <br /> pumps must be under an application permit, inspection, and approved by this Department. <br /> Wells are to have a minimum 100 ft. grout seal and be installed according to San Joaquin <br /> County Standards. The permit fee is $134.00. <br /> The water in the general vicinity has been found to be bacteriologically potable however, <br /> chemical quality has not been ascertained.
