Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> . Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study indicating <br /> usage. This <br /> must be performed prior to Parcel/Final <br /> Map approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 d ). A <br /> loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> � � De existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> �,✓ BCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel/Final Map.
