CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0400704 <br /> Jamero <br /> Lot. Line AdjustmentApplication No. PA-0400704 was approved by the San Joaquin County. <br /> Community Development Department on February 1,2005,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be compiled with prior to approval of a <br /> i <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire.on August 3,2006,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. ' <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Rick Griffin,[209)468-3154) <br /> i <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two lots as shown on the plan <br /> dated November 17, 2004. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shah be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties ! <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community I <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: The property owner shall rescind the current contracts and shall <br /> enter into new contracts prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. Filing Fees are <br /> required for this application. (Government Code Section 51257) <br /> d. LOT SIZE: Each parcel shall be a minimum of ten gross acres in size.
