( 7) <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-83 <br /> Azevedo <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-00-83 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 7,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 8, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher, 468-9653) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT: An application for a California Land Conservation Contract(also <br /> known as the Williamson Act)shall be filed prior to recording the Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Legal descriptions reflecting the new parcel configurationsshall be submitted with the application. <br /> Filing fees are required for this application. <br /> 2.
