A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. On parcel #2 construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3003). <br /> C. On parcel #1 construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No.. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> d.
