Prior to recordation of deed or record of survey, destroy the abandoned windmills or well(s) <br /> on Parcel #4 under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department as <br /> required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> B. The well depicted on proposed Parcel #3 does not appear in that location. Prior to <br /> recordation of deed or record of survey, the well shall be properly located and determine if it <br /> meets the distance requirements to the property line in a revised tentative map according to <br /> the San Joaquin County Well Standards(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.6). <br />
