In addition,the following comments are provided for your consideration. <br /> The presence of varying degrees of contamination has been widely documented along railroad tracks,typically due to past <br /> operational and maintenance practices. It is unknown whether any investigation or survey was conducted along the <br /> abandoned railroad track that crosses the parcels covered in this report prior to abandonment. As a result,any potential <br /> contamination resulting from the past use and operation of the railroad tracks is also unknown. At this time,this area of <br /> concern does not impact the minor subdivision application.
