CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-65 <br /> Macedo <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-65 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December7, 1998,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 7, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kai Luoma,468-9567) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be <br /> recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be <br /> prepared, stamped, and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land <br /> Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. SETBACKS: The existing house on Parcel 1 shall maintain a minimum ten (10)foot side- <br /> yard setback. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Please see memorandum dated November 30, 1998.) <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Please see memorandum date December4, 1998.) <br />
