The project <br /> site is located on the east side of Johnson Road, 1500 feet south of State Route 12, east of <br /> Clements(Supervisorial District 4). <br /> 2. USE PERMIT NO. PA-02-364 OF STOCKTON BAPTIST CHURCH &SCHOOL(C/O AERIE, <br /> INC.)for the expansion of an existing church and school. The church will have a maximum seating <br /> capacity of 299 persons, and the school will serve a maximum of 150 students. The project site is <br /> located on the east side of State Route 99 East Frontage Road, 2000 feet south of Hammer Lane, <br /> Stockton(Supervisorial District 3). <br /> 3. USE PERMIT NO.PA-03-565 OF ALDO& DELLA TODESCHINI to establish a horse boarding <br /> facility for a maximum of 25 horses(Use Type: Stable—Commercial). The project site is located <br /> on the south side of Frewert Road, 1.5 miles west of Manthey Road, west of Lathrop (Supervisorial <br /> District 3). <br /> The Public is Welcome to Address the Planning Commission on Items of Interest to the <br /> Public That Are Not Listed on the Agenda.
