Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of employees and customers or parishioners the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so <br /> it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
