The project app€icant is currently going through the District permitting process. The applicant has received an Authority To Construct (District facility ID # N-699, Project Number 1053844). Upon completion of the construction phase, District staff will undertake an initial inspection to ensure compliance with specifications in the Authority To Construct (ATC) before a Permit To Operate (PTO) is issued. The PTO signifies that the applicant has met Air District permit requirements. The land use authority rests with the County of San Joaquin.
