Phase One to be completed within 18 months, will include the construction of a 27,000 square foot cold storage and processing building and a 4,000 square foot storage building. Phase Two, to be completed within 24 months, will include the consturction of a 4,800 square foot shop. Phase Three, to be completed within 36 months, will include the construction of a 3,600 square foot office. Phase Four,_to be completed within 60 months, will include the construction of a 50,400 square foot storage building. Phase Five, to be completed within 96 months, will include a 58,800 square foot storage building. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designations are A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of East Jones Road, 653 feet east of St. John Avenue, Escalon (APN/Address: 247-180-12/26639 East Jones Avenue, Escalon)(Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than May 3, 2017. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on May 10, 2017.
