Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated Land Use Analysis Program, <br /> including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis methods, impact significance <br /> criteria, and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined this project may fall under Tier 2 Review based on estimated trip generation <br /> greater than 500 total daily trips during an average weekday/Saturday and greater than 125 trips <br /> during an AM/PM commute period. A negative declaration (ND) was proposed per this project <br /> application. On 4/24/17, SJCOG emailed San Joaquin County to request for this ND. San Joaquin <br /> County responded within the next day,indicating this ND will provided once generated.To date, <br /> SJCOG has not received this ND.SJCOG requests this documentto ensure all future traffic impacts <br /> have been addressed. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is not located within any airport influence area;thus, no further action is required. <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with the Airport <br /> Land Use Compatibility Plan as a reference guide. <br /> 1. New land uses that may cause visual, electronic, or increased bird strike hazards to <br /> aircraft in flight shall not be permitted within any airport's influence area. Specific <br /> characteristics to be avoided include: <br /> a. Glare or distracting lights which could be mistaken for airport lights. Reflective <br /> materials are not permitted to be used in structures or signs (excluding traffic <br /> directing signs). <br /> 1Page <br />
