Jones Rd., Escalon May 24, 2017 <br /> adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure delivery of pure, wholesome, <br /> and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County Development Title, Sections <br /> 9-1120.2 and 9-115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 <br /> through 116570. <br /> NOTE: Applicant shall contact Frank Girardi, Registered Environmental Health Specialist, Small <br /> Public Water System Program, at (209) 953-7868, to determine if the existing well can be <br /> permitted as a public water system prior to final occupancy. <br /> E. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> a. Provide sample tap between the well head and the pressure tank. <br /> F. If the applicant plans to discharge food manufacturing/processing wastewater to land, the <br /> project proponent is required to submit an application for Waste Discharge Requirements to the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water <br /> Code, Article 4, Section 13260). <br /> G. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Nitrate <br /> Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> H. Before any hazardous materials/waste can be stored or used onsite, the owner/operator must <br /> report to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) which can be found at <br /> cers.calepa.ca.gov/for the following: <br /> O Any amount of hazardous waste (for distribution centers this may include broken or <br /> damaged pallets (or individual containers) of hazardous materials, soaps, perfumes, <br /> cleaners, dyes, nicotine, over the counter medicines, or other household items packaged <br /> for sale that have been damaged; used oil, used oil filters, used oil-contaminated <br /> absorbent/debris, waste antifreeze, used batteries or other universal waste, etc.)— <br /> Hazardous Waste Program <br /> O Onsite treatment of hazardous waste— Hazardous Waste Treatment Tiered Permitting <br /> Program <br /> O Reportable quantities of hazardous materials-reportable quantities are 55 gallons or <br /> more of liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gases, with <br /> some exceptions. Carbon dioxide is a regulated substance and is required to be <br /> reported as a hazardous material if storing 1,200 cubic feet (137 pounds) or more onsite <br /> in San Joaquin County— Hazardous Materials Business Plan Program <br /> O Any amount of hazardous material stored in an Underground Storage Tank— <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program <br /> O Storage of at least 1,320 gallons of petroleum aboveground or any amount of petroleum <br /> stored below grade in a vault—Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program <br />
