5. Accessible routes shall be provided per CBC § 11B-206. At least one accessible <br /> route shall be provided within the site from accessible parking spaces and <br /> accessible passenger loading zones; public streets and sidewalks; and public <br /> transportation stops to the accessible building or facility entrance they serve. Where <br /> more than one route is provided, all routes must be accessible. §11B-206.2.1 <br /> 6. At least one accessible route shall connect accessible buildings, accessible <br /> facilities, accessible elements and accessible spaces that are on the same site. <br /> §11 B-206.2.2 <br /> 7. Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in <br /> compliance with Chapter 11B of the California Building Code. Note that accessible <br /> parking spaces are required for each phase of the project. These parking space(s) <br /> shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance to the building. <br /> 8. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of <br /> Chapter 4 of the California Plumbing Code. <br /> 9. Pursuant to Section 422.4 of the California Plumbing Code, toilet facilities shall be <br /> accessible to employees at all times, should not be more that 500 feet from where <br /> employees are regularly employed and accessible by not more than one flight of <br /> stairs. The plans shall indicate the location of the toilet facilities and the travel <br /> distance from work areas. <br /> 10. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 2, <br /> Chapter 2.7 <br />
