We are the homeowners of the first home on Juliet Road, directly across from
this property. We have been neighbors for 30 to the Ranch Cafe, currently at that site.
We get a lot of foot traffic on our road. Many people cut through the back lot, noted as
the 'Gravel" area, and through their oleander bushes, to access Juliet from Mariposa
Road. There is a lot of debris(food garbage, bottles, and cans) that winds up in that deep
ditch that runs along their Juliet Road west side. The owners currently do not regularly
maintain that area for weeds or trash, they have done two wonderful clean ups since
their purchase, but that is it.
Our suggestion is that they put a fence up, to reduce noise, to reduce dust( since its a
gravel lot, every vehicle kicks up dirt, that blows our way), to prevent foot traffic, and to
catch debris from their open lot. The debris that doesn't fall into their ditch, rolls into
our east side ditch and onto our front lawn.
Sincerely,
Rodney Milton K en Nhlton
