For future development of"Designated Remainder" improvements shall be provided in accordance with the <br /> adopted County development policies for'Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title, and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66424.6) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 5. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 6. The frontage improvements for Silva Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one- <br /> half of a 50-foot right-of-way Local Residential Street,prior to approval of parcel map. The project shall be served by a public sewer collection system constructed in conformance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Services Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. Service shall be provided by City of Stockton. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1105.2) <br /> 8. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> Service shall be provided by California Water Service Company. (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 9. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the requirements of the County and to provide <br /> adequate drainage for the subdivision. Service shall be provided by City of Stockton. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1135.3) <br /> 10. This development project shall comply with the requirements of the San Joaquin County Small Site <br /> Stormwater Management Plan. County Stormwater fees are applicable. <br /> 11. This development may be subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency <br /> Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). Contact Jenifer Storsteen with <br /> MuniFinancial at(800) 700-6864,extension 1534,to determine if there is a current remaining lien that is <br /> subject to the reapportionment process,. Any fees and/or remaining lien payoffs related to the SJAFCA <br /> assessment shall be paid prior to recording of Notice of Lot Line Adjustment/Parcel Map/Final Map. <br /> 12. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and Specifications of <br /> the County of San Joaquin. All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot, if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map.
