No excavation is permitted into the groundwater table <br /> without specific approval from the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region . <br /> c. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof. <br /> d. Provide an approved potable :cater supply for all <br /> employees. <br /> e. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all <br /> employees . Toilets must be maintained in a clear and <br /> sanitary manner.
