Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. No excavation is permitted into the groundwater table without specific approval form the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> B. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor in any way <br /> contribute to the pollution thereof. <br /> C. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. <br /> D. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees. Toilets must be maintained in a <br /> clean and sanitary manner. Hand washing facilities must be provided on or near the approved <br /> chemical toilets. <br />
