Kelso Road, Tracy (Mountain House) <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements <br /> may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare an addendum surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include an evaluation <br /> of nonpoint source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, fuel <br /> tanks, septic system or chemical storage area and a site assessment prepared in <br /> accordance with ASTM standards to assess the presence of any fuel, pesticide, herbicide <br /> or chemical residue on or under the soil that is listed on the State or Federal list of toxic <br /> materials. The report shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior to <br /> recordation of final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12 and <br /> Section 9-905.12M). <br /> The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 2. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. Destroy the abandoned well(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Department as required by San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> 4. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 1868 E.
