Central <br /> Parkw2iy will function as a pedestrian,automobile and transit north-south earridor[hat <br /> connects the majority of the neighborhoods with the Town Centsr. Adjacent struts and <br /> pedestrianlbicycle systems will facilitate access to the Town Center_ A transit center will <br /> be provided within the Central Cflmmercial area.
