It will be a <br /> minimum of 250 feet and a maximum of 350 feet wide,with pedestrian access as follows: <br /> Along the east side of the creek,the path will be al feast eight feet wide;concrete, and <br /> painted with a center stripe- It will be located out of thio 104-year flood ehanne[and <br /> provide a contirtuous pe lh of travel for maintenance crews and emergency vehicles. <br /> Along the west side of the creek,the path will be eight feet in Widitl.
