WHEREAS , the California Department of Water Resources (DV R) has determined that <br /> portions of Mountain House , within Neighborhoods I, J, K, and L are within 200 -year floodplain <br /> as shown on their Best Available Maps website . Peterson Brustad, Inc . used the best available <br /> information, as required by Senate Bill 5 , to determine that the 200 -year floodplain water surface <br /> elevation is 16 . 2 feet for Neighborhoods I , J, and K, and 16 . 9 feet for Neighborhood L . Therefore , <br /> the building pad elevation must have a minimum elevation of 13 . 2 feet for Neighborhoods I , J, and <br /> K and 13 . 9 feet for Neighborhood L . The County has imposed Conditions that will protect to the <br /> Urban Level of Flood Protection, as provided by Attachment A, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this Resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS , on August 23 , 2022 , this Board of Supervisors did conduct a public hearing <br /> on said matter, notice of said hearing having been given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises , and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that, <br /> The Revisions of Approved Action for Major Subdivision No . PA- 0600327 is hereby <br /> amended by approval of the following . <br /> REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS FOR MAJOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION <br /> NO . PA- 0600327 , based on the ability to make the Revisions of Approved Action Findings , <br /> the Revised Conditions of Approval as provided by Attachment A, attached hereto and <br /> made part of this Resolution, and the previously approved Findings for Major Subdivision <br /> No .
